Our Theme Weeks aim to take care of most of your planning, allowing you to focus on creating lasting memories and savoring the moments that will make your vacation truly special.

In general, Theme Weeks include:

• Transportation to and from either the Rome or Florence airports. (Note 1)

• A double occupancy room in the B&B or Jamie’s cabin for 6 nights. (Note 2)

• Welcome reception with Italian cheeses, salami, and wine. (Note 3)

• Italy-style self-serve breakfast each morning.

• Five lunches. (Note 4)

• Happy Hour with heavy appetizers (Aperitivo) or Dinner. (Note 5)

• Classes tailored to the theme of the week.

(Note 1) Our shuttle will transport our guests who can arrive, go through customs, and collect their luggage between 8 AM to 11 AM.

Guests arriving from other avenues or differing times should contact us in advance of their trip to discuss transportation options.

Those not requiring transportation from these airports will receive a small discount on their package rate.

(Note 2) Rooms are priced per room. There is no discount for single travelers.

Breakfast at the Villa is included for our theme-week guests who reserve Jamie’s cabin.

(Note 3) We reserve the right to limit or decline the service of alcohol to guests who may be or may become impaired.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Please let us know of any food allergies before arriving.

(Note 4) The number of lunches provided is based on the week you choose but it’s not less than 4.

(Note 5) Please see the specific itinerary for your theme week for the exact number you can expect.

Our Mini Breaks are perfect for fellow Europeans who want to get away for a long weekend, or other travelers who want to spend some time in Umbria but not their entire vacation. Our goal is to do most of the planning for you so that you can focus on enjoying your time in Umbria.

In general, Mini Breaks include:

• A room in the Villa or Jamie’s cabin for 3 nights.

• Welcome drink.

• Italy-style self-serve breakfast each morning.

• A picnic lunch.

• Two pre-planned events or classes (for example, a private cooking class and a vineyard tour with wine tasting).

• One dinner.

• Local hidden-gem restaurant suggestions.

General notes:

(1) Villa Monestevole 501 is in a woodland area 8 kilometers from the closest city (Umbertide) we highly recommend our Mini Break guests hire a rental car during their stay. We have ample free parking on the Villa grounds.

(2) Rooms are priced per room. There is no discount for single travelers. The max. occupancy per room is two people.

(3) Breakfast at the Villa is included for our Mini Break guests who reserve Jamie’s cabin.

(4) At any time during your stay, we reserve the right to limit or decline the service of alcohol to guests who may be or may become impaired. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

(7) Transportation to and from either the Rome or Florence airports or train stations or a train station closer to where the Villa is in Umbria can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before you leave your home country/area to arrange transportation if you are not renting a car for your stay.
