Villa Monestevole 501 offers four individually themed ensuite bedrooms in the main house and a charming one-bedroom cottage nestled within the 44-acre tree-ensconced estate. Families or groups can reserve the top two floors of the Villa and much of the Villa grounds for their private use.

The guest rooms are on the top floor of the Villa, equipped with ensuite bathrooms, Internet access, and individual room keys for additional peace of mind. Linens, towels, and hairdryers are provided for use while staying. The owners live on-site and are available to help if needed, but guests are given privacy and space to enjoy their holiday in peace.

Although air conditioning is unavailable, each room is equipped with traditional Italian shutters and a fan for those rare nights when the lush Umbrian hills don’t dissipate the summer heat. To ensure the comfort of all our guests TVs are not provided in the bedrooms.
