Meet Stuart, Katrina, and Orfie!

Stu is originally from England and Kat is originally from Scotland so after years of having a second home in Italy, they decided to make Italy their permanent ‘neutral home territory!’

After retiring in 2021, Stu became a gentleman farmer growing organic produce and harvesting olives on their working farm. Of course, Stu is also the co-host of their Bed & Breakfast.

Kat, who speaks Italian fluently, has lived and worked in Italy for 20+ years. She retired from her career as an Italian Tour Manager and now shares her Italian expertise as the co-host of their B&B and by designing bespoke travel experiences for their guests.

Another of your hosts is Orfeus. Or to use his full pedigree title, “Dartemis Villa Contis Orfeus.” But, since he never uses that title with friends, you can call him Orfie! He’s a rescue Dalmatian who has thrived under Kat and Stu’s care. Orfie is shy but gentle, and he adores PASTA!

As is typically the case with those who have wanderlust, Kat and Stu sincerely enjoy meeting interesting people who share their love of discovering new things. Helping you curate your trip of a lifetime is not only a passion of theirs it’s an honor!
