Learn the Essentials of Italian Cooking

Participating in culinary discovery through Italian cooking classes is an enriching experience that combines the art of cooking with the country's rich gastronomic traditions.

In our classes, you’ll learn the essentials of Italian cooking. You’ll also have hands-on experiences where you’ll create and cook simple dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients - many from Kat & Stu’s organic garden whenever possible.

Classes cover topics like scratch-made pasta, pizza, and sauces like Pesto and variations of tomato-based sauces. These classes also touch upon the regional and historical significance of each dish. Participants often gain insights into the origins of recipes, the importance of seasonal ingredients, and the role of food in Italian culture.

The atmosphere of these classes is relaxed, fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants. After the class, participants share a meal paired with local wines allowing everyone to savor the fruits of their labor!

To ensure an intimate experience, class size is set at a minimum of two and a maximum of six people.
