  • Established in 1993 by Eugenio Guarducci, Eurochocolate is a visionary creation aimed at both promoting the rich culture of chocolate and showcasing Italy's prowess in this delectable realm.

The genesis of this celebration arose during architect Guarducci's visit to the Oktoberfest in Munich, where he was inspired to replicate the festive spirit in his own city, Perugia. Thus, Eurochocolate emerged, placing the "food of the gods" at the heart of the festival, fueled by Guarducci's earlier fascination with the enchanting aroma of chocolate wafting from processing plants during his student days.

Throughout the years, Eurochocolate has garnered international acclaim, becoming an indispensable rendezvous for aficionados of cocoa delights.

Noteworthy is the festival's special section, Eurochocolate World, a captivating space that transports visitors on an enthralling journey through the cocoa-producing countries. Here, attendees are treated to a comprehensive exploration of diverse cultures, traditions, and the myriad chocolate creations that span the globe.
